  40. I agree with your specific complaints, but GEEEZ - give the guy a break!  Its 
  41. not like anybody is paying him.  You could lodge the complaint a little more 
  42. politely.  Maybe someone has a FAQ you could read on how not to act like a 
  43. jerk.  See!  Now I'm doin' it.
